Established in 2021 in the CO mountains

My name is Shannon Lauderdale and I’m the founder of Alpine Boards & Charcuteries.

ABC was created while I was living in Nederland, CO, quite literally in the alpine terrain. I spent my last year in Ned turning my appreciation for quality food and knack for creativity into a small hobby, which eventually turned into a small business. My days living in Ned consisted of hiking, riding Eldora, split-boarding, and enjoying what the outdoors had to offer. Anyone will agree that a long day of exploring the mountains pairs very well with a cold beer and a bomb charcuterie board.

Now located in “flats”, ABC has flourished into a notable Denver charcuterie catering business. I continue to experiment with different flavor pairings, local products, color schemes, and overall board layouts to create the * perfect * charcuterie spread.
